When he worked at Johnson & Johnson, he acted in Brazil, Latin America and the United States, accounting for local, regional and global projects. He was also the Director of Research and Innovation and a member of the Executive Board at Boticário Group for 14 years, accounting for a variety of strategies targeted on consumer market. Feferman was the leader and responsible for the idea, development and implementation of a business unit, a startup based on genetic science in the health sector called Skingen Intelligence Genetics, as part of the Group companies.

He also had leadership positions in the areas of Research, Development and Innovation (RDI), Marketing, Quality Assurance, Operations and Regulatory Affairs.

Israel is co-author of several scientific articles, patents, and implemented the innovation process at Boticário Group, as well as the Technology Network, formed with Brazilian researchers and international scientific centers, including American and European universities.

Graduated in Pharmacy and Biochemistry at the University of São Paulo, he also has an MBA in Business Management from Getúlio Vargas Foundation (Brazil), and in Statistics - Experimental Models from Rutgers University (USA). He also took courses in Strategic Management at Dom Cabral Foundation (Brazil), Kellogg University (SUA), Duke University (USA), among others.

He finished the Board Development Program at Dom Cabral Foundation (Brazil) and was on the Board of Directors of a non-governmental organization focused on nature protection.

He is currently a founding partner and CEO at Consideal Consulting Services Ltd., which was created to ensure competitiveness and achieve organizational results, working on the strategic pillars that make up and support successful business models.
